• Riot Games Data: If you link or search for a League of Legends account, we collect public data from the Riot Games API, including Riot ID (Name#Tag), PUUID, match history, and ranked stats.
• Usage & Technical Data: We may collect IP addresses, browser types, and session cookies strictly for security, authentication, and basic analytics.
• User-Submitted Evidence: In the event of a match dispute on our ladders, you may upload screenshots as evidence.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected data for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your iNstation account.
• To operate our automated ladders, match tracking, and leaderboards.
• To resolve match disputes fairly.
• To prevent fraud, cheating, and abuse of our systems.

3. Data Retention & Deletion

We believe in keeping your data only for as long as necessary:

• Instant Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated personal data instantly from your Profile Settings.
• Email Requests: You may also request account deletion by emailing us at info@instation.eu. We will process these requests within 30 days.
• Dispute Screenshots: Any images uploaded as evidence for match disputes are automatically and permanently deleted from our servers 7 days after the dispute has been resolved.

4. Third-Party Services

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We do not use third-party social logins (like Facebook or Discord) for authentication. We only share necessary data with:

• Riot Games API: We query public League of Legends data to run our platform.
• Our Hosting Provider: To securely store our database and website files.

5. Age Restriction (16+)

Our services are strictly designed for users who are at least 16 years old. By registering an account on iNstation, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If we become aware that a user is under 16, we will immediately terminate their account and delete their data.

6. Your GDPR Rights

If you are a resident of the European Economic Area (EEA), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request the correction of inaccurate data.
• Request the erasure of your data ("Right to be Forgotten").
• Withdraw your consent at any time.
